Intercompany: Error when fulfulling Sales Order

We have setup a PO and SO for intercompany transactions , however when fullfilling SO the following error shows up.

We tried all possible causes in suite answers but nothing is fixing.

Is there a list of compiled solutions to try ?

Is there a check list for setting up intercompany transaction in one world to verify if this is done right?

Where else can we debug to see what causing the error?
