Email sent via Workflow - incorrect signature
We use this system field to insert the user signature into email templates:
${preferences.message_signature}
I have an approval workflow on a Sales Order, and the workflow is set to send the email 'from' the user who created the sales order (which is stored in a custom field on the sales order).
The workflow log shows the email to be sent from the correct employee internal id, and the email shows as 'from' the correct employee in the communications tab (and on the email itself).
However, the email signature in the body of the email (from the template) seems to show the signature of the member of staff who approved the sales order in workflow (and triggered the workflow state that sent the email).
