error adding to the cart - Cannot set properties of undefined (setting 'target')

Cannot set properties of undefined (setting 'target')

Above is an error I get on an item when users try to add it to the cart. Is that an error from NetSuite? With this item, there is a possibility it is from a 3rd party. If it's from NetSuite, what causes that?
