Theme customizer error

I have a fresh install of SCA on a Sandbox. I have installed the Manor theme along with its extensions.

I then created a custom skin via SMT. Just updated basic colors and font families. In the middle of the skin/theme update I closed the tab before the update was finished.

Now, when I try to edit the skin or change it the option is hidden in the dropdown menu when editing via SMT. However, the skin along with my changes are applied to the site. Just don't have the option to change skins.

I reverted back to SC Base Theme. The option to change skins was available.
