Reconcile Shopify & PayPal Transactions Import

Are there any options for importing PayPal or Shopify transactions to reconcile those accounts easily?

It looks like a CSV Plugin Implementation Format Profile could take care of it if you can extract and format the appropriate data from each source.

There is also an option Upload Plug-in Implementation, how does this work & where is the API doc?

Anything I'm missing?
