AE: Purchase Lead Time Update

Hi All

We have a lot of items in our inventory that do not have the Auto-calculate option checked for purchasing lead times. We want to start using this feature so I have updated a few SKUs so that the option is on. However there is still no lead time showing. Is there a way of making this update on previous POs or will it only start with POs after the date when the option is selected?
