Report: Balance: Why Do My Inventory Assets Values Change From Positive To Negative
Screenshot of Balance Sheet with No Modification:
Under Current Assets, I used option Add Financial Section.
I gave it a HEADER LABEL of Inventory Assets.
I gave it a TOTAL LABEL of Total Inventory Assets.
I set CHILD OF field to Current Assets
I added the following in the Section part of the design form.
(Above criteria is Account Number is 1210-01, or Account Number is 1231-01, or Account Number is 1232-01)
It separated the accounts and put them where I thought they were going to go.
But the amounts changed from positive to negative values!
Below is a screenshot of the Balance Sheet with my modifications.
