AE: Highlight one column in a saved search

Hello!

In a Saved Search it's possible to highlight results under certain conditions. The regular behavior is that all the columns of the results are highlighted. I would like to only highlight just one column. Is this possible?

For example: Only make the 'Item' column green. The other columns of the same line should be white.
