Saved Search:: How To change the result of filed value in saved search

Dear Good Day,

Can you please let me know how to change the result of filed in saved search

Actually we have setup three Tax Code, i,e 15% 5% 0% in the tax code field.

this filed is been used in the saved search and the data is populated

0%

my requirement is to change 0% as Zero in the saved search results
