Trying to add and remove roles assigned to user but requires new password

in Ask A Guru 3 comments

I am trying to add and remove roles assigned to users but when I click save, it gives me a message "New passwords don't match." I don't want to change the employee passwords, only add or remove roles assigned to their user. When I perform this same action in our NS Sandbox, it allows me to save as expected. Any suggestions?
