Can't Access Payroll Reports thru Oracle SecureSites

Very frustrated that I can't easily figure out how to download our 4th qtr payroll reports from Netsuite/Oracle.

As President & administrator of our NS account - I received an email on Jan 19, 2022 stating that the storage and access to our qtrly payroll reports/docs would be changing locations from Oracle Securesites to ... Oracle Securefiles. They provided and link to the Securefiles "VIEW FOLDER". I click the link and the Oracle website comes up and shows me an error message ...
