EFT Generate Bill Payment File is not working in Release Preview account

We tested EFT Payments in Release Preview account. It can't generate Bill Payment File. It seems that EFT has never been working since RP account was created on 02/25/2022.

Can you please advise if I need to do extra configuration to make EFT payments work in RP account?

We concern the same issue will happen after the new release happen to our production account in April.
