Invoice service period dates
Hello,
Is there a way to get the service dates an invoice cover vs. the term dates of the sales order on the Invoice PDF?
Example:
- Sales order with multiple line items, set up with 1 quarterly billing schedules
- Term dates: 01/01/2022 - 12/31/2022
Billing periods:
- 01/01/2022 - 03/31/2022
- 04/01/2022 - 06/30/2022
- 07/01/2022 - 09/30/2022
- 10/01/2022 - 12/31/2022
How do I populate the billing periods (service period) on both the invoice record and pull that into the invoice PDF? Currently we're pulling in the term dates on the invoice PDF's which confuses our customers as they the customer wouldn't know which period the invoice covers just from looking at the term dates populated on the invoice.
