Sales Rep Role-When a Lead is saved, it is changing the form to the Customer form.

We are running into an issue when a Sales Role is saving a lead it is automatically switching the form to the Customer Form. It is not staying as the Lead Form. Since the forms have different layouts it is changing some critical information visually.

Any ideas?
