WMS Pick Tasks Done but no Item Fulfillment
Hi Experts,
I appreciate if someone could enlighten me why a Pick Tasks says Done but no Item fulfillment was created.
Steps:
- Create Wave
- Using WMS mobile Pick Tasks
- Select Wave
- Select Pick Task
- Enter Item
- Enter Bin
- Enter Qty
- Staged
I made sure there is available quantity on the bin.
It took the item from its preferred bin and place it to the ready to pack bin but no further processing.
I had another scenario wherein wave had 2 orders (multi-order wave), did the WMS process via mobile. However, only the 1st line item had an Item fulfillment but the 2nd line item's status is Done but no item fulfillment generated.
