Hello NS Users! We are having an issue, lately, with duplicate customer IDs (not Internal IDs) in our NetSuite account. For some reason, it is happening sporadically and so we can't figure out what is causing it. We even had our NetSuite partners, at Eide Bailly, look at it and thought they fixed it with the "Auto-Numbering" setup screen but the issue is still happening. Some of the duplicates are system generated, with incoming leads from our website, while other times it happens with new customer records being set up by internal users. An example of this is when one
