Transaction Fields that I can't Hide or Move

Why does NetSuite add fields to our Transactions that we can't move or hide?

Delivery Terms has been there for a while, I'm not sure when the other two arrived (might be 2022.1, or might have been last year).

None of these appear in the list of fields when customising the form.

Delivery Terms and Country of Origin are available in Workflows to set has Hidden - but it doesn't work. Counterparty VAT Number isn't even available in Workflow.

I haven't reviewed scripting yet to see if I can hide them that way, but I don't like the fact that fields are added to our system and forms that we can't move/hide. We spend a lot of time ensuring our transaction forms have only the relevant fields on them (and displayed in a logical order) - and having random fields like this added is not at all helpful.
