how to automatically run a inventory report hourly and email the results?

One of our vendors would like to get a csv inventory report sent to them hourly.

The inventory report is an exported csv file based on a saved search.

Saved search Email can be set up to send daily. Is it possible to send hourly?

If not, is it the only way to use a scheduled script to trigger the saved search and send the report?

Is it possible to share a sample of scheduled script to run a saved search?
