Good morning everyone! 

I'm Mich, and I'm the CRM/Account Administration and Email Infrastructure Guru for the NetSuite Support Community. This link will take you to my brief introduction. I will be LIVE for an hour starting from 1PM-2PM ET to answer your questions.
