Workflow for re-open a CASE
Hi.
The intention of this workflow is, when the CASE is re-open and the Assigned person doesn't work in the company any more to re-assign the case to an empty "unassigned" so will comeback to the queue.
These are my state settings
These are my action. To trigger on After Field Edit, with the Condition Status = Re-Opened
The field that i want to update is Assigned and wanted to be empty ' ' for the unassigned .
But when I open a close case and select the Status to Re-Open the assigned field doesn't change.
When I edit the closed case looks like this: with the Assigned to that no longer work in the company "inactive"
