"ISO - Ordinary Income Earning code" & Reporting on W-2

For years 2020 and 202, I've had to manually adjust Earnings reported using the "ISO - Ordinary Income" earnings code. Earnings are not showing on the W-2 correctly. Has anyone else had the same issue. Were they able to get the issue resolved?
