API to submit Online Case Form?

I know a regular way to use Online Case Form, is that I can use the external url of the online case form on an external website, let user to view the form and fill in the form fields and submit.

Now I am thinking if there is a way to submit the online case form via API instead of from UI. The scenario I am thinking is that on an external website, user selects all the products they are interested to purchase, along with the quantity, then do Request to Quote. As soon as "Request to Quote" button is pressed, I would like the website to use API programming way to send the online case form which includes the customer information, and long text field with the item information.
