Attach a file, used to be able to just drag and the file will be attached, no longer can do that

I used to be able to just drag the file to the Choose File place, and the file will appear as in the 2nd screenshot. I noticed recently that I was no longer able to do that, and instead have to manually click on Choose File then select the file. Tried different browser, even tried a different company Netsuite instance, and still not be able to do that. I wonder if it's due a recent release change, or it's a temporary issue. Thanks,
