Adding an Item's Description or Display Name to Cart Contents
Hello,
It seems my options for customizing the Cart Contents sublist within the Customer's Marketing subtab are quite limited. I believe these reflect data from SuiteCommerce's Shopping Cart record. We are using it to track abandoned carts from visitors to our website.
I can make a Shopping Cart search and join the Item field to get the Display Name of the Item, however, the Shopping Cart record is not available for API exports. We are hoping to use an API to move Abandoned Cart data into our primary marketing platform. Therefore, I need to access this data via a Customer search which, of course, does not allow me to do a 3-level, Customer\Shopping Cart\Item join.
