How to show/hide fields between company/individual on lead/prospect/customer

Hello! I am creating custom forms for lead/prospect/customer. I would like to show/hide certain fields based on if the user selects company vs individual. I do not see a way to designate the toggle and save specific views on company and specific views on individual toggle. I wonder if this is possible? Thank you!
