Sales Order > Item is not Automatically Committed
Currently, our stock is automatically committed only to Intercompany Orders that have a PO/SO. When we create just SOs that are not Intercompany, stock is not automatically committed, but placed on back order, even though there is stock available.
PERFORM ITEM COMMITMENT AFTER TRANSACTION ENTRY = True
ITEM COMMITMENT TRANSACTION ORDERING = Order by Transaction Date
Can you please advise what might cause this issue?
