Dunning Module - Not Working

Hello Gurus!

I set up the dunning module, and I have the following elements all completed, but nothing is generated when I look in the messages tab of the customer. And no email is sent to the set email account on customer.

  • Templates and Levels
  • Rules
  • Procedures - combined templates, levels, rules. Set to automatic. Choose subsidiaries all.
  • Customer record - procedure attached. Ensured email exists on customer record. Set to "to be emailed".
  • Invoices - created past due invoices to meet Rule thresholds
  • Workflow - is released, active, every half hour generation.
