In general, if there is a NetSuite standard field, such as Birth Date (birthdate), is there a way to add that standard field to other forms? I see Birth Date is available on the Employee record and I would like to use Birth Date on the Customer report, so as to only utilize one field across records and not have to create a custom field.  I see this article "Adding standard Netsuite fields to custom forms" which starts talking about templates. This is not the solution. Thank you!
