What is the computation for Rev Rec on a co-term subscription invoice, Straight Line Even Period?

Using the out of the box Straight-line, prorate first & last period (period-rate) Revenue Recognition Method, I have been able to figure out how the pictured Invoice 1 is calculated, but I cant figure out how Invoice 2 is calculated, using an excel formula. Can anyone help?
