Project not showing Bills in Subtab

The main goal is to be able to pull a project profitability report. We have the CONSOLIDATE PROJECTS ON SALES TRANSACTIONS selected.

We are able to select the job on purchase orders, but I don't see the customer line item field that SuiteAnswers is saying would allow for bills to show under the project. I do have the bill tagged under the project. What step am I missing in order to show bills under the project subtab and in the project profitability report?
