Workflow Action not setting field value

Hi


I have the following workflow (extract of this anyway) for vendor bills


This works as expected on a vendor bill record with the status of a vendor bill being set to 'rejected' (state 2.2) on click of the rejected button that is added in state 2.1


I have tried replicating this exact workflow with a different record type. The record type is the 'bank details' record from the Netsuite electronic payments bundle.


When this gets to state 2.2 , it appears to trigger the 'set field value' action on the click of the reject button, per the workflow log below, though the value is not actually updated
