Re Run amortization for Vendor bill

I would like to re-run amortization schedule for all the Vendor bills. Right now i am unable to change the amortization start date and amortization end date in the VB record. Even i am unable update through CSV.

Can somebody help to re-run the amortization schedule for all the VB's. Thanks in advance!
