How can I return a subcustomer's immediate parent ID? I am trying to assign the value to a workflow field and, in the case of third level or greater subcustomers, the {customer.parent} field is only returning the top-level customer. If I use the same value in a custom field on a Customer record, it returns the immediate parent, as expected.
