Permission to view other employee's PO

Hi,

I am unable to find a permission which allows one employee to view the PO's created by other employee.

These both employee use a same custom role which is has centre type as Employee centre.

Currently with this role each of them can see only PO's created by themselves.

Could you please help me out on this.
