Enabling Email Payment Notification
Hi All,
Over the last few weeks i've been working to setup ACH payments in our Netsuite (Previously we only issued payment via check). I've managed to get that working, largely thanks to this community! The last piece I'm hoping to resolve is the email payment notification once I've generated the payment file. I know where the email addresses/templates pull from but I can't seem to get past this error that occurs when I click the button below. We've tried adjusting parts of the role/vendor to make this accessible but have not had any luck.
Hoping for any guidance to allow the "Email Payment Notification" button to work. Error copied at the bottom of thread. Thanks in advance !
