Changing summary transaction

Hi,

I am trying to change the name Handling Cost to Fuel Surcharge since we are going to apply charges on some specific shipments which we will identify from Sales Order level (unless someone from you has another way to do it). As of result, I found the way to add handling cost to some orders through shipping and handlings which will be separated to the summary. However, instead handling, I'd like this to be named Fuel Costs/Fuel Surcharges. Since I want this to the transaction summary UI in NS, I have no clue how to change the name of it.
