Creating a link on NetSuite Purchase Order to Azure File Directory where PO will be stored

Has anyone attempted, or a NetSuite Partner, creating a link to a PO stored in Azure directly from a NetSuite Purchase Order where the user can click the link and it re-directs the user to Azure File Directory to view the stored PO document?
