What would I use (and how) to ingest an attribute from BambooHR?

The BambooHR integration to NetSuite pulls in all attribute except the Supervisor attribute. I would like to configure a short script to export a Bamboo CSV/JSON with all users and their managers and then have NetSuite ingest the SuperVisor for each user on a weekly basis. I am a noob within NetSuite so any pointers would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
