Reporting / Saved Search Problem

I am trying to run a report that shows all the fixed asset transactions over a certain time period.

I have built a report and a saved search for the time period then selected all of the accounts that are fixed assets. When I run the report, it shows no transactions, even though I can pull up transactions in the system that are coded as such.

I'm new to NS and building reports is a real learning curve. I don't know what I'm overlooking.
