Report sent by email
I have created a RMA report and set schedule to email to my teams.
I sent sent weekday @ 6pm, and sort by Date.
When my teams receive the email, they have two comments:
1. The oldest record was presented at the beginning of report, how can the latest date can be shown at the beginning? I always sort by date, but it didn't work.
2. The report is too long, include all the past 1 year record. How can I filter to only send the up-to-date record / the record of the day?
