sales order - getting sales order via web service is missing ship to attention

When using the Transaction Search with a saved search of Sales Orders, the data is not coming back with ship to Attention and ship to Addressee. However, the saved search does show these two fields when populated. I need assistance to find out why they do not pop. Thanks.
