Unable to open web query report in Excel

Hi,

When trying to open a report exported to Web Query, upon entering the email address, an error message comes up:

'Unable to access https:#########.... cannot download information requested.'

I have checked the role permissions, but not sure if I am missing something. Role isn't accessing it via SSO and works fine as administrator but not for non-administrator roles.

Any ideas?
