Bill Payment Report Bug

I created a transaction report for the Bill Payment transactions.

But the amount display is completely wrong. The amount seems to be doubled from the original amount.

It picks up the AMOUNT normally.

The original Bill Payment.

What is this crazy bug? Please tell us the possible cause.
