Match Bank Data Testing - No Option to Submit Matched Data

Hello Gurus!

I created a tests "bank statement" in CSV format and imported successfully. See screenshot. I created corresponding payments in NS. However, after matching, there is no option to submit it on the Match Bank Data page. Any thoughts?

I am also attaching the test bank statement that I created.
