Saved Search Return Transaction Lines Updated in the Last 24 Hours

Good day All,

I hope this is an easy one for someone out there. We have a (transaction - PO) SS that get transmitted to a supplier when something changes on a PO. Currently, if one line is updated on the PO, ALL lines are transmitted. How would I build criteria to only show the specific lines that were updated? Note that it appears that the "Line Last Modified" field is useless. If one line is updated ALL line's modified dates are updated. I did find "Line System Notes : Date" has an accurate update date, but
