Hi all

This has been asked before an is unanswered so not sure there is a solution.

I want to set it so that when someone enters an item on a sales order or estimate the price level is set to custom automatically so that a bespoke price can be entered.

I see that a custom price level can be set per item per customer.

I also see that pricing groups can be created, however under these groups I don't see the option for setting a pricing group to custom.

I have tried to do this via a workflow, but the Price Level is conspicuously absent from the fields which can be set.
