Change password bypass security questions

Hello! We are experiencing an issue with resetting a password. We normally utilize single sign on, and don't utilize that when logging in as an admin. We log in directly to the NetSuite URL when logging in as an admin. We have two instances with NetSuite. The user is able to access all accounts through the single sign on in both instances. However, when switching roles and to log in as an admin, a user name and password are required. The password is not remembered, so 'Forgot new password' is selected.
