Shipping is down for us
Our site went down for 15 minutes at 8:47pm CST yesterday. Of the orders that we've had come in since that short outage, 100% the ones that came through our web-store are without ANY shipping cost.
We're short staffed and can't deal with this. We don't have time to call each customer and fix the missing shipping issue. Our best sellers are 40-50 lbs and are expensive to ship. I think I'm going to have to turn OFF our web store so it says "down for maintenance" if NS can't fix it soon. I made a case, but haven't heard back.
