Match Bank Data - missing bank transactions

We have a problem we have had three failed bank impots over the last week. It seems to be working now but we have some missing bank imports.


If we go to "Match Bank Data" on the right hand side we have transactions in "Account transactions" but the coresponding bank transactions are missing from "Imported Bank Data". The missing transactions have been skipped. As a result we cannot reconsile the bank. How do we manually add transactions to the "Imported Bank Data" so that we can clear the transactions?
