How to display report selections in header

Specifically related to financial reports, the heading has the company name, subsidiary name, report name and period, but i also want to display the location/s that the report is being run to, specifically for when it is emailed or sent to PDF as otherwise the recipient had no idea of the selection that was made in running the report. Is this possible?
